CAD Design
For Events

After an idea and a budget have been established, event managers can create a detailed project plan of an event layout. This can be done without having extensive computer expertise, creating a project with the aid of Computer Aided Design (CAD). This can be used to design anything on a 3D basis, from a floor plan, all the way through to a large events venue.

 

CAD Design can also be a crucial factor of when it comes to planning in events. From making sure heights work and ensuring there is enough clearance to fit certain aspects into a venue, through to understanding how different crowds behave and what the best emergency exit route would be to follow.

CAD Design can often be created at low, or no expense. I have created a CAD Design which can be found embedded below. This was designed on SketchUp Free. The below is a room in a conference venue - with a food facility at the rear and showing that the space is suitable for artists - as well as speakers.
